Which page?
In Chrome's side panel this reads the tab in front. Here, paste a link and the hub reads the page's public HTML itself.
Runs
Work handed to a workspace keeps going when this panel closes. Open one to follow it or read what it said.

Reading the page
On (the default): Ask reads the page in front while Ask is the tab you are looking at, never while you work in another tab. Off: it reads a page only when you press Read it or ask about it. What it reads goes only to PriorStates Hub on this computer.
Set in the side panel's settings (⚙ at the right of the tabs), for every tab.
Workspaces
A workspace is one of your own project directories, listed in the hub's config.json under
workspaces (name, path, and an ssh host when it lives on another machine). Pick one under Work and the
page goes to Claude Code running there, with its own tools: it can read the project's conventions, build the idea
and run the test, or file what you read into the project's journal and notes. Runs are queued and keep going when
this panel closes; Runs in the header shows them. A DESK.md in the workspace (one ## heading
per recipe, the prompt under it) replaces the built-in recipes with the project's own. Collect queues the
workspace's "File this" recipe for the page without asking anything.

Memory
PriorStates Memory is built in: before every ask, what you already know about the page and the question
is put in front of the assistant; "Remember this" saves a note. Nothing is shown unless a note is used or saved. It
needs the priorstates package for the Python the hub runs (python3 -m pip install priorstates).
