Use the AI you already pay for, from PriorStates apps. The hub runs on your computer and answers with the coding agent you have there — Claude Code, Codex, the Gemini CLI or Antigravity — on your own subscription. No API key, no extra bill, and your login never leaves the machine.

Builds your apps with your coding agent, keeps them in git on the computer, and lets an app reach a file, a database or a printer that never leaves the machine.

Answers review and edit requests for your resume and cover letters, checked against the career facts you give it.

Windows
Windows 10 or later, 64-bit. From the Microsoft Store it is signed, it updates itself, and it opens with no warning. The direct installer is still here if you would rather not use the Store — Windows warns once on that one (More info → Run anyway).

It needs a coding agent installed and signed in on that computer, and git. It keeps the computer awake while it runs.
Connect an app
Open Palmtop Hub and press Start. Then:
Palmtop, on your phone
- In the hub, press Pair a phone.
- Scan the QR code with your phone's camera — or open Palmtop → Settings → The coding agent on my computer and paste the link.

PriorStates Resume, in your browser
- In the hub, press Pair a phone, then Copy link.
- In Resume, open ⚙ Settings → My computer, paste the link and press Pair, then Test.
What travels where
- End-to-end encrypted. The app and the hub share a key from the pairing link. Requests go through the Palmtop relay at priorstates.com, which passes on ciphertext it cannot read, so it works from anywhere without opening a port on your computer.
- Your own login. The hub runs your coding agent with the sign-in already on that computer; no credential is copied anywhere.
- Only what the app sends. For Resume that is the document, your career facts and your request; for Palmtop, the app you are building.
- AI requests get text answers only. Since 0.2.2 the hub runs your agent for them with its tools off (or read-only), in an empty folder, so a request cannot read your files or run commands. The switch Answer AI requests from PriorStates apps in the hub turns them off altogether.
- Anyone with the pairing link can use the hub — treat it like a password. To cut everyone off, press New key… in the hub's pairing card; every phone and browser then pairs again.
