Main tasks
Bring in your records
Tap Allow for Side Income, Receipt Keeper, Subscriptions, Mileage Log and your selling apps. The year's income and expenses are gathered on your device.
Check the categories
Open Categories and pick the right tax form line for each group, or mark it personal. The Summary lists anything still to check.
Plan estimated tax
Open Quarters to see each period's profit, what to set aside and the due date. Enter the payments you made, and turn on "Remind me 7 days and 1 day before each due date".
Make the accountant pack
On the Summary, save one zip file with the summary, a CSV of every entry, QuickBooks and Xero import files, the mileage log and the receipts.
Print the summary
Save the summary page to print or save as PDF, or tap Export CSV for every entry. It is a summary for your records, not tax advice.
Make it yours
Ask Studio: “Show what I set aside each month, not each quarter”
Hold the app and tap Edit with AI, then say what to change in plain words. Every version is kept in History. How to ask well.
