Studio for Teams: one shared order desk for the owner, the cashier and the kitchen. A preview, by invitation.

What exists today

Studio for Teams is a preview, by invitation: one shared order desk for a shop where several people take and prepare orders. An order taken at the counter shows on the kitchen screen within about a second, and each person sees only what their role needs (owner, co-owner, cashier, kitchen).

  • It runs in the browser at teams.priorstates.com. Nothing to install on staff phones or the kitchen screen.
  • Owners sign in with their email and a code; staff join in person by scanning a QR code and typing a name.
  • It is separate from your personal Studio: your apps, spaces, data and Drive copy are not moved or shared.
  • Studio for your computer 0.5.0 and later can share apps with a team.
