Get told about new orders

Your phone tells you about new orders and questions while Studio is closed.

What you get

With notifications on, your phone tells you about new orders, bookings and questions while Studio is closed, for example "Shop: New order". Open Studio to see the order itself.

The notice is opened on your phone. What was ordered never goes through the notification service.

Turn them on

  1. Open the app: Shop, Order Form, Bookings, Quotes & Invoices, Group Order or Sign-up Sheet.
  2. Turn on Notify me while the app is closed. Each app has its own switch.
  3. Allow notifications when your phone or browser asks.

Where they work

  • The App Store and Google Play apps (version 1.0.23 or later).
  • Studio on the web in a browser that allows notifications. On iPhone, only from the copy added to the Home Screen.
  • Studio for your computer doesn't show them yet.

Notifications are best effort. Check the app at busy times, and see Troubleshooting if none arrive.
