Assistant
Ask it to do things across your apps, like closing the day in Shop and Bookings: it shows you the plan first, and nothing changes until you say so

See it work
A narrated demo (50 s): a bakery closes its day by asking the Assistant.
What it does
- Ask in your own words, across Shop, Bookings, Payments and Timesheet
- See the plan first: nothing changes until you tap Do it
- Messages come back for you to send, and every change has Undo
How to start
- Open Studio on your phone, on the web or on your computer, and tap Gallery (or the Find an App tile).
- Find Assistant under Sell & side business, and tap Add.
Try it with example data (in your browser, nothing is kept) · Open it in Studio on the web
It runs on your own AI: your own key in Settings, or your computer's agent; or use your apps from Claude, ChatGPT or another AI app with ⋯ → Use from your AI app. The free starter AI does not run it. New to Studio? Get started.
Main tasks
Ask it to do something
Type what you need in your own words, such as "Close today's shop. Lena's order is ready, Sam never came." It reads the apps it needs (each app asks you once, Allow) and shows a plan.
Check the plan, then Do it
The plan keeps Changes, Messages and money apart. Nothing happens until you tap Do it; then your apps make the changes themselves, so your customers see them right away. Not now leaves everything as it was.
Send the messages, or undo
Messages come back as drafts: tap Send to open your own Messages, WhatsApp or mail with the text filled in. Each change has Undo. Marking something paid is always left to you, in the app.
Use it from your AI app
Tap ⋯ → Use from your AI app, add the connector address in Claude, ChatGPT or another AI app as a custom connector, and type the code Studio shows. Plans it prepares appear here, and still wait for your Do it. Keep Studio open while you work.
Make it yours
Ask Studio: “Ask it to close the day every evening”
Hold the app and tap Edit with AI, then say what to change in plain words. Every version is kept in History. How to ask well.
